Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Charges 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, once you have entered your shipping address. 

Costs
These are based on the weight of the items in your order and are as follows:

Below £30.00 = £2.99 
Above £30.00 = Free shipping

Shipment Method
Royal Mail Second Class Tracked delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time
2 -3 working days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We will always attempt to contact you via email or phone to advise you of any delay.

Shipment to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Where possible this will contain a Tracking Number to allow you to track the progress of the order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Whitestreet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Whitestreet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged (or you do not receive your item), please save all packaging materials and damaged goods (if applicable), then contact us and we will work with you to rectify the situation.
